How do I exchange my empty CO2 cylinders?
You can exchange your empty cylinders at a local participating retailer or through our online exchange program. Simply order a refill online, and use the provided prepaid shipping label to return your empties.
Are SodaStream bottles dishwasher safe?
Only bottles specifically labeled as 'Dishwasher Safe' can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Classic plastic carbonating bottles should be hand-washed with lukewarm water and mild dish soap to maintain their integrity.
What is your return policy for sparkling water makers?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your sparkling water maker within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping and handling.
How long does a single CO2 cylinder last?
One standard 60L CO2 cylinder can carbonate up to 60 liters of water, depending on the level of carbonation you prefer and the type of sparkling water maker you use.
Do I need electricity to operate my SodaStream?
Most of our models, including the Terra and Art, are manual and do not require electricity. However, electric models like the E-Terra require a standard power outlet to function.
