We want you to love your sparkling water experience; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your SodaStream sparkling water maker or accessories within 30 days of purchase. Please note that CO2 cylinders are subject to specific safety handling requirements and exchange programs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the sparkling water maker and any accessories in their original packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
